Think ~ Before you you Think or Act
THINK
There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She
hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always
there for her. She told her boyfriend, 'If I could only see
the world, I will marry you.'
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages
came off, she was able to see everything, including her
boyfriend.
He asked her, ‘Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?' The
girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The
sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn't expected
that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her life
led her to refuse to marry him.
Her
boyfriend left in tears and days later wrote a note to her
saying: 'Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before
they were yours, they were mine.'
This is
how the human brain often works when our status changes.
Only a very few remember what life was like before, and who
was always by their side in the most painful situations.
Life is a gift
Today before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about the taste of your food ~
~Think of someone who has nothing to eat..
Before... you complain about your husband or wife ~ Think of someone who's crying out for a companion.
Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who passed
too early.
Before
whining about the distance you drive Think of someone who
walks the same distance on foot.
And when you are tired and complain about your job -
Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.
~ And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down ~
Put a smile on your face and think: you're alive and still around..

Smile by Michael Jackson
Smile by Michael Jackson ~ I love this song, the way he sings it,
This song really makes me smile <3 :)
Smile ~ Lyrics
Smile, though your heart is aching
Smile, even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky
You'll get by...
If you smile With your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll find that life is still worthwhile if you'll just...
Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you'll just...
Smile, though your heart is aching
Smile, even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky
You'll get by...
If you smile
Through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you'll just Smile...
la da da
Music....
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you'll just Smile...
La da da la da la la da la la da da
La da da da da da, da da la la la la la la la
'Whistling to then end of the music.....
Below a Memorial Video from YouTube with Michael singing Smile... ending with him Playing the Piano...
In loving memory of Michael Jackson ~ I took this picture from my Album cover. Ironically, I was cleaning early the morning he passed away... Found this album, brought it out; later in the morning I turned on the news to find he had passed away ~ what are the chances... Even though this is not one of the songs in this album, I love it... Smile :)

King of Kings & Lord of Lords ~ Rev.19:5-16
Hello <3
I wanted to share with you one of my favorite portions of scripture, that has touched my heart for years in a way that my words will never be able to describe.
The WORD of GOD speaks for IT SELF, so without, anything further from me in the way of introduction, I pray you are blessed with Wisdom, an open heart to what it is written, ears to hear and eyes to see Who, is coming.
Note: It's no secret from those who know me well, that the Bible is my favorite subject. I would love to hear from your opinions, and have a dialogue as well, so you are welcome to post questions, or comments about the blogs. Read it, Digest it, Think on it, Be Still as it is written and meditate on it, Pray about it, and then, I look forward to hearing from you and your thoughts.
Prayerfully yours, Sz <3
.Revelation 19:5-16 (Amplified Bible)
5Then from the throne there came a voice, saying, Praise our God, all you servants of His, you who reverence Him, both small and great!(A)
6After that I heard what sounded like the shout of a vast throng, like the boom of many pounding waves, and like the roar of terrific and mighty peals of thunder, exclaiming, Hallelujah (praise the Lord)! For now the Lord our God the Omnipotent (the All-Ruler) reigns!
7Let us rejoice and shout for joy [exulting and triumphant]! Let us celebrate and ascribe to Him glory and honor, for the marriage of the Lamb [at last] has come, and His bride has prepared herself.(B)
8She has been permitted to dress in fine (radiant) linen, dazzling and white--for the fine linen is (signifies, represents) the righteousness (the upright, just, and godly living, deeds, and conduct, and right standing with God) of the saints (God's holy people).
9Then [the angel] said to me, Write this down: Blessed (happy, [a]to be envied) are those who are summoned (invited, called) to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me [further], These are the true words (the genuine and exact declarations) of God.
10Then I fell prostrate at his feet to worship (to pay divine honors) to him, but he [restrained me] and said, Refrain! [You must not do that!] I am [only] another servant with you and your brethren who have [accepted and hold] the testimony borne by Jesus. Worship God! For the substance (essence) of the truth revealed by Jesus is the spirit of all prophecy [the vital breath, the inspiration of all inspired preaching and interpretation of the divine will and purpose, including both mine and yours].
11After that I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse [appeared]! The One Who was riding it is called Faithful (Trustworthy, Loyal, Incorruptible, Steady) and True, and He passes judgment and wages war in righteousness (holiness, justice, and uprightness).(C)
12His eyes [blaze] like a flame of fire, and on His head are many kingly crowns (diadems); and He has a title (name) inscribed which He alone knows or can understand.(D)
13He is dressed in a robe dyed by [b]dipping in blood, and the title by which He is called is The Word of God.
14And the troops of heaven, clothed in fine linen, dazzling and clean, followed Him on white horses.
15From His mouth goes forth a sharp sword with which He can smite (afflict, strike) the nations; and He will shepherd and control them with a staff (scepter, rod) of iron. He will tread the wine press of the fierceness of the wrath and indignation of God the All-Ruler (the Almighty, the Omnipotent).(E)
16And on His garment (robe) and on His thigh He has a name (title) inscribed, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.(F)

The Cross Of Death That Leads to Life ~ By Marie Sgro
THE CROSS OF DEATH THAT LEADS TO LIFE
By Marie Sgro
We were not worthy, yet so loving is God, that He left the splendor and glory of Heaven to come to the earth He had created; and divinity came to live in the frail flesh of humanity. Flesh that would experience hunger and thirst, abandonment, betrayal of trusted friends, pain, agony, ridicule, shame and the brutal and tortuous experience of crucifixion.
Only by becoming one of the beings He had created, could a Holy God, who is spirit, know the emotions and experiences of dwelling in human flesh. He did not despise that flesh, but lived in it with its limitations and vulnerabilities for thirty three years, knowing that in an instant He could have called on the Heavenly host of angels to bring Him back to the glory He had known with the Father before time began. But He remained and endured because there was no other way to reconcile sinful man to a holy God.
In the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus wept and cried out, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless not as I will, but as You will" (Matthew 26:39).
We might believe that in His humanity Jesus trembled in fear, anticipating the agony that awaited Him at Calvary. But, no! From the foundation of the world, the Lamb of God had been ordained as the Suffering Servant, born to die for the sins of the world. Every sin that vile humanity had committed, past, present and future, was about to fall upon Him.
As He sweated great drops of blood in that garden, the Christ, the Messiah, the Savior of the world, God in human flesh, knew that when the burden of humanities' sin covered Him and He became sin for us, the Father could not look upon Him. For Jesus, the agony in the garden was for the coming separation from His Heavenly Father.
Close your eyes and see in your mind the dusty streets of Jerusalem, lined with those who loved and hated Him. Do you see Jesus? Can you imagine what He endured for you? The Son of Man is in a tattered robe, looking like a soldier beaten in battle as He stands covered in blood from His head to His feet. A crown of thorns is pressed into His head. He walks step by painful step, carrying the unbearable weight of the cross.
People are jeering at Him, spitting on Him, taunting Him. But He walks on. Can any of us imagine or comprehend that the most horrifying prospect for Jesus is none of these things. But only the coming separation from the Father. As Jesus hung on the Cross in the darkness that fell over the entire land, the weight of separation from the Father was greater than the sin of mankind that had enveloped Him. And He cried out, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?" (Mark 15.34) The separation from the Father had come.
With His final breath in His broken body He said, "It is finished. And bowing His head, He gave up His Spirit." (John 19:30) Jesus had completed the task He was given and the separation was over.
We also were once separated from God because of our sin, but we experienced no agony over that separation, because we were dead in our sins and had no relationship with Him. But now that God has reconciled us to Himself through the blood of Christ, how horrifying and painful does the thought of separation from God affect us now? Though we have been spared the suffering of the Cross, yet we have been cleansed, saved by His grace and given eternal life.
As the disobedience of the first Adam caused God's perfect creation to become polluted with sin and darkness, so the Second Adam, obedient even unto death, rebuilt the bridge that had separated us from God, the Father.
There is no need for us to fear separation from God any longer. The Bible tells us that "neither death not life, nor angels nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height, not depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38).
We must treasure and value our relationship with God. Nurture it with prayer, cherish it with obedience, value it more than life, invest in it with time and service and honor it through love.
Many are standing at the brink of the precipice, perhaps only one breath away from eternity. The Cross of Christ is before them, spanning the gap of their separation from God. If you know someone standing there right now, tell them about Jesus. Their time is running out.
Let us embrace the Cross of Death that Leads to Life and share its message with a lost and dying world.

Points to Ponder
Qualities-Traits-Characteristics ~ Hold on to your thoughts for a minute while we discuss these, and some other words, that have been used to describe our 'Person~alities'.
Stubbornness: Defined as obstinate & Synonymous with, adamant, balky, bull-headed, cantankerous, determined, dogged, firm, fixed, hard-headed, head strong, inflexible, insubordinate, intractable, opinionated, ornery, persevering, persistent, rebellious, relentless, rigid, self-willed, single-minded, steadfast, stiff-necked, tenacious, tough, unbending, unmanageable, unreasonable, unshakable, unyielding, willful.
Now let's see how quickly the meaning behind these words seem to change as we take them in a new direction...for example:
Tenacious, which for our purpose here we'll say was originally intended to be a negative tendency we turn around and use for the LORD as Tenacity for the things of God...
Consider this if you would: I am using only one example here, but the sky's the limit with other characteristics or personalities. I think God created us with all of these, and so many more attributes, to be used for Him and His Kingdom.
I believe HE meant these characteristics to be a positive influence in our lives for the Body of Christ. Because we are born with a sinful nature our flesh automatically wants to be opposite from what God has created us to be. So then, that is why He tells us in Romans 12:1,2 to renew our minds and not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds, that we might prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Let's use some of these synonyms for Stubbornness for HIS KINGDOM now, and see how it turns out.
FIRM, FIXED, PERSEVERING, PERSISTENT, SINGLE-MINDED, STEADFAST, UNBENDING, UNSHAKABLE FOR HIM AND HIS WORD, AND DETERMINED IN OUR FAITH AND IN THE THINGS OF GOD to DO HIS WILL AND NOT OUR OWN.
THINK ABOUT IT: DETERMINED NOT TO GOSSIP OR LIE, STEAL, COVET, LUST, SERVE OTHER gods, (anything that takes the place of God in our hearts, Anything that we put before HIM and spend more time with than HIM is Idolatry).
If we purposed ourselves to spend time with HIM each day to prepare us for the battle that the world has coming at us...WE WOULD BE READY HAVING PUT ON THE ARMOR OF GOD as it says in Ephesians 6:10-18 fighting the good fight as ambassadors for Christ.
Can you imagine what could be accomplished for the GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST IF WE USED the qualities that God gave to us for HIM; HE CREATED us for HIMSELF in HIS own image? We could set the world on fire with HIS HOLY SPIRIT... and really become ONE, in the UNITY of our Father, HIS SON, Jesus Christ and the HOLY SPIRIT.
Then we would see HIS return as He has promised and stated in John 17:20,21 "I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in ME through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent ME."
Praise the Living God, The Almighty, the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords!
Let's start praying for each other that first we would recognize our gifts for what they really are, and second, that we start turning them around, renewing our minds in the word, becoming disciples of HIS WORD and sharing our love for HIM and others not only by our words, but with our actions, as well. Let's pray like Jesus did for all those who WILL believe in HIM through HIS word; that they all may be one...that the world may believe that God sent HIM.
Blessings!
Until we meet again!

I Am Free by Marie Sgro
I AM FREE
I AM FREE, is a poem that my friend, Marie wrote and shared with me today; I was given permission to share, with you, this work of love. My prayer is that you would be blessed and ministered to as I was when I read it, and ultimately, that it would cause you to dig deep into your hearts and continue the search for the Love of our lives, Jesus Christ, our Saviour!
I hope to be sharing more of her work with you as the days progress, Titus 2:13 looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. I think many of you will be able to relate to it in some way. Enjoy!
With Warmest Regards, SZ <3
And now, here is Marie's Post:
********************************
I AM FREE
Worn and weary; broken in spirit, body and mind
Outwardly disguising what none can see
Making myself less than nothing
As I relive past hurts done to me
Not able to release the pain I feel
Though time after time I have tried
Hoping for someone to take my hand
Or to hear and see the many tears I've cried
Until this moment, I have lived broken and defeated
Awash in the pain of my past
Retaining the spirit of helplessness and hopelessness
thank You, Lord, I can claim the victory at last
Looking to Jesus, Who will help me to stand
On His Word that is mighty and true
Only Jesus can loosen the bondage I bear
Sustain me, and carry me through
Evil shall disburse at the sound of His name
Demons will tremble and flee
Thank You, O God, for the Blood of the Lamb
It has cleansed me and now I am free!

He Gives His Angels Charge Over Us
He Gives His Angels Charge Over Us! by Susie
This is a Blog I posted several years go , and because of the amazing works & blessings I experienced from the Lord, I thought it would be nice to revisit this post <3 <3 <3
As I sit here on an airplane, headed South to be with my daughter and grandchildren while her husband travels to India on a missions trip; I am reminded of an experience that I had today and I would like to share it with you, while I have it fresh in my mind.
My flight was delayed slightly and I was waiting for takeoff thinking about something the Holy Spirit spoke into my spirit a week or so ago. I had a flurry of thoughts, and then several verses from the Word of God come to me concerning this incident. He said: Listen to my still small voice! < 1 Kings 19:12> I think it's very interesting how God watched over me, protected me and prepared the way before me, today, in so many areas; and that's where you come in, I thought of you and how we could all learn from my experience today, so, here is how the afternoon progressed:
<>ANGELS DO GO BEFORE US and He gives them charge over us:
I had already started thinking and praying about the lines I might have to stand in today at the airport because of a Neuro-Muscular condition, Isaac's disease <http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/isaacs_syndrome/isaacs_syndrome.htm>,that I am challenged with. Because of the disability, most often I am not able to stand in long lines or sit for long periods of time in the same position without some consequences to my physical body. Therefore, I was trying to mentally prepare myself and talk to someone in security to help me avoid the long line. Praise God, when I arrived at the terminal there were no lines outside at the curbside check in. Then when I went inside to security, I was able to quickly find a security guard who took me right to the front of the line! Glory to God. No Problems!
Praise God, now I was very happy and comfortable, and on my way to being relaxed. All I needed to do was to find my Gate, then I could feel like I was prepared, knowing ahead of time how far I would be to from a place to grab some lunch so I could be back to the gate in time to board. Then I found my gate was just around the corner from a food area that sold coffee, too, GREAT, I was good to go!
As I sat in this food area at a table by myself, I had time to relax and reflect. I could unwind now and watch the people around me scatter here and there, eating, working and waiting for their flights and maybe their families, friends or who ever they were with. I noticed there were several people with their laptops open and working which got me to thinking I might want to clean up now and do the same. I still had almost two hours left before my flight was to depart.
As I approached the seating area at my gate, I started to consider where I might sit; I like having the comfort, as I was saying before, of knowing where things are in relation to where I will be; you know, like where the rest room is, etc. then I can feel like all's clear and I'm ready to go, safe and prepared! I like to be prepared!
I love waiting on the lord, even for the simplest things. It's like watching a movie; I can't wait to see what He is going to do next in my life!
I scanned the seating area at my gate noticing immediately the seat I would feel most comfortable in. It was perfect; close to the information desk and the door that we would be boarding the plane through, the window was to the left in front of me along with the whole seating area from this seat's perspective for people watching!
Walking into the gate area and toward the seat I had chosen, I suddenly felt a ‘STRONG’, almost magnetic pull away from the seat. A definite NO, DON’T SIT THERE! “What was that?”, I said to myself. Being previously aware of the alarm that would often go off in my mind about seemingly insignificant situations and decisions; I questioned the Lord; Is this you? I am always talking with God about everything. <1> So, I looked up and quickly surveyed the area again to see if I could find a seat that was as comfortable as this one seemed to be. Well, there was one area that would suffice, but I could not see the other seating area, or the window, and the seating in this set of chairs were all ripped, and slit up, which could be a bit uncomfortable. But, my main concern anyway was to be close to the door and information desk.
I was not feeling good about the first seat now after that strong discernment Psalm 119:169> < Psalm 119:169> <Colossians 1:9> from the Lord. < 1 Corinthians 12> < 1 Corinthians 14>
Even though I wasn't feeling good about that first seat now, I could feel a human struggle within me wanting to sit in the seat that felt more satisfying to my flesh. “This is ridiculous”, I said to myself, “I am arguing with God, I need to just trust Him and sit down over there.” And so I did.
Now that I was sitting, I could enjoy me coffee and arrange my laptop for possible reading and paperwork. For now, though, I thought I would just sit and watch whatever was going on around me for just a minute. Oh, this isn't bad at all, I thought, I can't see the seating in the gate or the windows, but I can see the people arriving from the hallway down by the other gates.
After a few minutes I decided to catch up on some phone calls, and while I was talking, only about 15 minutes into the conversation, I heard a LOUD CRASH and it didn't stop, so I looked up and to my amazement, I saw an airport car (golf-cart type) coming directly at me. It hit the row of chairs in front of me, pushing them and tossing them into the air along with the man that was sitting in the very seat I had planned to sit in! He, and the row of seats he had been sitting in, were pushed forward toward me approximately 6 feet, catapulting him into the air and then onto the ground at me feet before the car finally stopped. Never touching me! The driver said it was some sort of malfunction in the brakes. The man was OK, just a little shaken. If that had been me, my physical condition wouldn't have sustained that fall the way he did...
The Lord knew this was going to happen and protected me. He warned me not to sit in that seat. I had a choice; I could hear His voice and listen to it, or I could have decided to think it was just me and not listen. But, if you remember me telling you earlier in this article, I had been warned previously a week or so ago with a word, to Listen to His Voice! His Still small Voice. I am so glad I did. Praise God.
Do you know His Voice? God will do this for you as well; we just have to learn to recognize and discern His voice from that of a stranger.
In times past I have missed this small voice, this warning and then, after the fact, too late, having remembered the voice of warning. Now, I am practicing to hear His voice.
In order to hear His voice, we have to spend time with Him in His Word < > Read it, and make it our own. He is the Word of God and so, getting to know His Word means you are getting to know Him. Spend time with Him every day in Prayer. Prayer is just talking to God. Learn to listen; we must listen. There are so many distractions in this world, it's easy to fail to spend the time with Him just listening, not always talking and asking for things, just listening. Turn off that outside influence, the TV, radio, music, thinking about what you have to do later, etc.
He will go before you and He will be your rear guard, and he does keep His promises and watch over them to perform them. If we go to the secret place of the Most High, He will give His Angels charge over us. < Isaiah 52:12> says: "But you will not leave in haste or go in flight; for the LORD will go before you, the God of Israel will be your rear guard."
Thank You, Jesus!
I hope I have encouraged you in the things of God today; to read and study His word; to hear His voice and know that above all, that HE LOVES YOU!!!

Day 2. ~ A picture here, note about a person you have been close with for a while.
My mom <3. It goes without saying is the person in my life that I have been closest to for not just a while but for my whole life.
She is my best friend and one of the most important people and influences in my life. She has taught me to love unconditionally, to forgive immediately, to be careful what I say, and to pray for those less fortunate. She read the Proverbs to me growing up & taught me to be strong. I admire her loyalty, strength, endurance, independence and talent. She can run circles around me, never running out of energy, full of faith, never giving up, sustaining herself as she relies on God for her future, step by step, in faith and trusting HIM for all her needs (and HE DOES SUPPLY her NEEDS according to HIS riches and in Glory through Christ Jesus).
She will never turn anyone away from her door. She is the most hospitable people I've ever known. No one ever comes that she doesn't give them not only a warm feeling and a shoulder if necessary, but also feeds them wonderful food, and oh, can she cook and bake. You will never have a visit with her that she has not made you feel welcome, encouraged, and filled spiritually as well as physically. She has said many things to me over the years, but the one I remember and quote often, is: "you can do anything you put your mind to".
She sang to me as a child when I was sick, which was often... and even when I was not sick. I grew up with the sounds of my mothers voice singing each morning, I loved it. I then made it a part of my life as I raised my children. One song in particular was "Oh what a beautiful morning, Oh what a beautiful day; I have a beautiful feeling that everything's going my way... " and so many more as well as some from the movie... "Oklahoma". I loved every moment of my childhood. The youngest memory I have of my mother is her singing to me while making a shadow show for me with a sheet when I was sick, in a crib as a baby. <3 I am truly blessed.

Day 3. ~ A picture of the cast of your favorite show.
The Sound of Music Then & Now
One because it's a musical, a beautiful love story, wholesome and heartwarming. Plus, I just love Julie Andrews. There are so many other shows I could have chosen, but this is the one that kept coming back to me, has been a favorite for so many years, and I will never tire of it.
Day 4. ~ A habit you wish you didn't have...
Talking too much when I'm nervous... :(
Day 5. ~ A picture of your favorite memory.
<3 The Day We Were Married <3
Day 6. ~ A picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day.
This a picture of my Grandmother as a child studying for Ballet. I would love to have been there the day she met my Grandfather and know how they felt working together when they met on Broadway. She being a Prima Ballerina and he a Tap Dancer and Producer . Just thinking about that joy they must have felt dancing and entertaining, makes me smile.
One of the things I had always wanted to do was to be a dancer and singer. But, as it is written, I am satisfied with my present circumstances and my life today is how it should be, and I am happy. I love my life and where God has Placed me in HIS wisdom for such a time as this.

Day 7. ~ A picture of your most treasured item.
<3 My almost 29 years of Marriage <3
at our favorite vacationing place, shown in the picture,
on the left, the Coastline of Maine.
Day 8. ~ A picture that makes you laugh.
My husband is always doing something to make me laugh, and this is one of the most recent... in fact everyone was laughing... at a family gathering.
Day 9. ~ A picture of a person who has gotten you through the most.
My husband, Fred who has been there for me for over 30 years through thick and thin and picked me up when I was at my lowest, and made me happier than I ever knew I could be... Truly a God send and an answer to my prayers.
Day 10. ~ A picture of the person you'd do the craziest things with.
That would absolutely have to be my sister-in-law, Dottie; she just knows how to have fun and make me do things I would never do or even think of, LOL, if I weren't with her... she has no worries about what others might be thinking, she just wants to have fun, and she does. She will do almost, whatever it takes to make you have fun and laugh. If there is anyone you want to have at a party to make it a success, it is my Dottie <3
Day 11. ~ A picture of something you do not like.
This is a picture of me when I was a child; and the thing I do not like is how short my mother used to cut my bangs!!! LOL <3 ugh x0x0x0
Day 12. ~ A picture of something you love.
I Love My Family
My immediate family, includes our six children,
eight grand children, Fred and myself.
Day 13. ~ A picture of your favorite band or artist.
Josh Groban is my favorite artist; I love his voice.
Day 14. ~ A picture of someone you could never imagine your life without.
My husband, Fred <3 the Love of my Life ~ I love this picture of him on the Iron overlooking NYC across the Hudson River... taking a brake. I prayed everyday he left for work, and asked the LORD, to send Angels with him to protect him and bring him home to me safely, and He did. My husband is now retired; thank you, Jesus. I would never even want to imagine what my life would be without him.
Day 15. ~ A picture of something you want to do before you die.
A picture of Teramo, Italy, where my Grandparents, were born and lived until they moved to America. My grandmother and her brother grew up in on the coast of the Adriatic sea... I would love to visit there. My cousins who still live in the area, use the old house for their summer home.
Day 16. ~ A picture or note about someone who inspires you.
Jesus Christ inspires me every day when I read His Word, where I find, peace, love and joy, unspeakable.
Day 17. ~ A picture of someone who's made a
Hugh impact in your life recently.
For more reasons than I can explain, my youngest Daughter, hands down, has to be the person who has made the most impact on my life recently... she has not only been a wonderful daughter, but a beautiful friend. I dreamed all my life of having a close, loving and special relationship with my children, and she has given that to me, and been there for me when ever I've needed a friend and daughter. She is there for me in more ways than I can express in words. She respects me, sincerely... in fact, the respect we have for each other is mutual. In addition to all of this, we have our special times and discussions about the Lord, which I love and appreciate; I can talk to her about the Lord and Bible in a way that I can not do with others. She understands me! Thank You, Kimmi
Day 18. ~ A picture of your biggest insecurity.
This is a picture that describes for me and confrontation; I would have to say, my biggest insecurity, is confrontation, with anyone about anything!
Day 19. ~ A picture of you when you were little.
Here is a picture of me at approximately three months old.
Day 20. ~ A picture of somewhere you'd love to travel.
I place I would love to visit most, is Piccadilly Circus, in England where my Grandparents were raised. It's been told to me that my grandfather used love going there.
In addition, I have been working on our family tree and I think it would be beneficial for me to actually be there, in person to do the research I so desire, (yet to finish). There is something I can't really describe about wanting to go there. I almost feel as though a magnet is drawing me there...

Day 21. ~ A picture of something you wish you could forget.
This is a picture of something I wish I could forget and happens all too often. <3 Abortion <3 But, at the same time, if we don't remember it, and share awareness about it, nothing will be done to stop it.
I think every woman has the right to know and understand what is happening inside her body before making such a drastic decision. Sadly, it happens without a parent's consent and without understanding, education, with fear, and not ever having gotten good sound counsel. Not often enough will they hear what the consequences could or would be, until it is too late. Then they have to live with the consequences which can be devastating, physically and mentally.
But the Truth sets you free... and a beautiful child being born into this world is a miracle. There are so many woman who want to adopt, there are no excuses for abortion, today, in my opinion.
But the Truth sets you free... and a beautiful child being born into this world is a miracle. There are so many woman who want to adopt, there are no excuses for abortion, today, in my opinion.
I am a strong advocate of Life, all Life has a soul and is a gift from God belonging only to HIM. It is written... I knew you before you were born, while you were still in your mothers womb... (paraphrased by me).
No matter the situation, this is a life we are talking about. No one knows the future, but I have heard multiudes of testimonies on the subject... one being a rape victim and the actual child that was almost aborted who is grateful now that she did not abort her child, and the child as well grateful to her mother.
Here are some examples of the Fetus from 18 through 20 weeks:

Here are some examples of the Fetus from 18 through 20 weeks:
At Eighteen Weeks
The fetus is now about 5 inches long. The child blinks, grasps, and moves her mouth. Hair grows on the head and body.
20 weeks: The child can hear and recognize mother's voice. Though still small and fragile, the baby is growing rapidly and could possibly survive if born at this stage. Fingernails and fingerprints appear. Sex organs are visible. Using an ultrasound device, the doctor can tell if the child is a girl or a boy. The one on the left is a baby girl.
I can hardly bear to even type this procedure but it must be done...
Dilation and Evacuation (D&E) This is very graphic & grievous to say the least.
This method is used up to 18 weeks' gestation. Instead of the loop-shaped knife used in D&C abortions, a pair of forceps is inserted into the womb to grasp part of the fetus. The teeth of the forceps twist and tear the bones of the unborn child. This process is repeated until the fetus is totally dismembered and removed. Usually the spine must be snapped and the skull crushed in order to remove them.
Day 22. ~ A picture of something you wish you were better at.
I Love the playing the piano, but even though I started taking lessons at five years old, and continued to play until this day, I was never satisfied with my nervousness as far as playing in front of other people. I think it stems from never playing at a recital, yearly, like many piano teachers have their students do. Never having that experience could be part of the problem in addition to my shyness. So, I would love to play more often in front of others, whatever I want, whenever I want, without being nervous. That is my desire.
Day 23. ~ A picture of your favorite book.
<3 My Bible <3
Day 24. ~ A picture of something you wish you could change.
I know, and believe in order to keep the freedom in our Country, it is important for our men and women to go to war. But, if I could, I would change that. I would bring them all home from around the world.
I know I can't because, as it is written... there will be wars and rumors of wars until HE, Jesus Christ returns, to take back His Kingdom on this earth, and bring Real Peace.
I have several young family members who have already gone on to other nations to protect and defend our Country, and still others are preparing to go. The picture above is one of my family members already sent to Afghanastan. Please keep them in prayer. I am praying with all my heart as I know many of you are as well, that the Lord will bring them home safely. Amen & Amen. We are told to pray for our leaders, nations, and the peace of Jerusalem until HE returns, and, so I am.
